Ingredients:

2.2 kg Mexican Velveeta cheese
2.2 kg salsa
A can of black olives
Salt and pepper to taste
Materials:
Sauce pan
Spatula
Knife
Chopping board
Crock pot
Small serving bowl
Steps on how to prepare the Mexican Velveeta Cheese Dip:
1. Gather all the necessary ingredients and materials as enumerated above. Prepare the ingredients by measuring it according to the instructions above.
2. Get your ground chuck. If it is frozen, let it thaw for several minutes. You may submerge it in a bowl of water or you may leave it in one area and allow it to thaw slowly. You may also wash the meat to ensure that it is clean and not contaminated.
3. Once your meat has been totally thawed, get your sauce pan and cook the meat. Place the saucepan on top of the stove and set it at medium heat. Place all the ground meat and let it cook. Wait for the meat to simmer and turn brown. This signals that the meat is fully cooked.
4. Once the meat is cooked, get your crock pot. Pour the cooked ground chuck meat unto it and set the pot into high temperature. Leave it for awhile.
5. Attend to your cheese. Obtain your Mexican Velveeta cheese and cut it into cube sized chunks using your knife and chopping board. Add it then to the crock pot. Stir and mix continuously with the use of your spatula. A wooden spatula is recommended.
6. Get a hold of your salsa and again pour it unto the crock pot. Continue then with the mixing process.
7. Obtain your black olives. You have the choice to cut it into half or not. Add these olives unto your mixture in the crock pot. Stir continuously.
8. Add then salt and pepper to taste.
9. Let your mixture cook for about 30 minutes to one hour. From time to time, stir it to make sure that the cheese is totally melted.
10. Once all the cheese has melted, adjust your crock pot to low heat just to keep the cheese dip warm before serving.
11. Get a portion of the cheese dip and place it in a bowl. Serve this dip with your desired nachos or any tortilla chips.
Special Considerations:
· It is better to cut the cheese into small cubes to easily melt it once poured in the crock pot.
· Another way to speed up the melting process of the cheese is to microwave it for around two minutes prior to pouring it unto the crock pot.
· See to it that once all the cheese has been melted, adjust the heat to low so that you will not end up dipping on a burned cheese dip.
· If you don’t have a Mexican velveeta cheese, you may use other type of cheese according to your own preferences.
· Other spices like cilantro, jalapeno peppr and chiles can also be added to further enhance the taste of your dip. It is all up to you.
· It is best served while it is still warm. If there are left overs, just keep it in closed clean container and refrigerate it. Before eating, make sure to heat it up in a microwave for how many minutes before serving it.
With this recipe, you can have the Mexican party that you’ve been planning about. YYour guests and even you yourself will greatly enjoy this dip. It has really the authentic touch of a Mexican cuisine.
