What Do Tarantulas Eat

Larger tarantula species will eat toads, frogs and rodents such as mice and rats. Like the Goliath Birdeater that is much known to consume small birds although these make up only a tiny portion of their diet. They can’t eat its prey in forms of solid that is why when it captures its live prey; it initially bites the prey introducing it with paralyzing venom using its very sharp fangs.
